All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AE), and PayPal as payment methods. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders.

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but may vary due to unforeseen delays.

Jusn Design USA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Shipping times are estimates only.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and meets our return policy criteria.

A 25% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Our products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty.

Jusn Design USA is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs, towing fees, or vehicle damage.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Jusn Design USA and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

All Site content—including graphics, logos, photos, and CAD drawings—is protected and provided under a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

Jusn Design USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use of our products or website, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of King County, Washington, unless otherwise agreed by both parties or if small claims court is applicable.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our website or products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Jusn Design USA is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to indemnify and hold Jusn Design USA harmless from any claim or demand (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Products.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for violation of these Terms without notice.

Sections on IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Limited Warranty, constitute the entire agreement between Jusn Design USA and you regarding the Site and Products.

Interim Light Assembly: The first production lot of the JD10 aluminum truck cap ships with a brake-light strip that is pending final U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) FMVSS 108 certification. The light is fully functional for normal stop-signal use, but it has not yet received the DOT-marked approval label.

Free Post-Certification Upgrade: Upon issuance of DOT certification, Jusn Design USA will, at no charge:

• Manufacture a DOT-certified replacement brake-light strip, and

• Ship one (1) replacement strip to each original retail purchaser of a first-run JD10 unit, using the shipping address on record or such updated address as you provide.

Customer Responsibilities: You agree to (a) provide an accurate, deliverable address for the replacement shipment, and (b) install the DOT-certified strip in accordance with the installation guide supplied by Jusn Design USA. If you decline the free replacement, you acknowledge that continued use of the non-certified light is at your own discretion and risk.

No Additional Remedies: Except for the free replacement described above, all limitations of liability and warranty exclusions in Terms remain in full force.
