Warranty Information

For a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date, Jusn Design USA will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the customer. Replacement parts will be provided free of charge; however, the customer is responsible for installation.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from jusnusa.com or an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

1. Improper installation, over-torquing fasteners, or failure to follow Jusn Design USA installation instructions;

2. Overloading beyond Jusn Design USA’s published dynamic or static load ratings;

3. Alteration, drilling, welding, or other modification to the Product;

4. Accident, collision, roll-over, misuse, abuse, neglect, off-road impacts, or acts of nature (hail, flood, lightning, etc.);

5. Normal wear-and-tear (scratches, dents, discoloration, seal compression, etc.);

6. Use of incompatible racks, tents, or accessories not approved in Jusn Design USA’s compatibility list;

7. Labor, transportation, towing, loss of time, loss of use of vehicle, or any incidental or consequential damages (see Section 5).

Products sold by Jusn Design USA but not branded under Jusn Design USA are covered only by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Customers must contact the product manufacturer directly for warranty claims.

"Garage Sale" Items: Products sold as part of a Garage Sale at our Renton, WA location are covered under this 2-Year Limited Warranty; however, certain parts may be excluded. Any exclusions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JUSN DESIGN USA DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Where such disclaimers are not permitted by state law, the duration of any implied warranty is limited to the shortest period allowed or, if no period is specified, to the applicable Warranty Period in Section 2.

To file a warranty claim, please complete the Warranty Claim Form located at the bottom of this page. If your product was purchased from an authorized dealer, proof of purchase is required. Due to the complexity of some warranty claims, please allow up to 10 business days for a response.

Jusn Disgn SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, punitive, or exemplary damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, loss of goodwill, personal injury, property damage, towing charges, lodging, or transportation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; in such states this limitation shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Purchaser consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.

If any provision of this Limited Warranty is held unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This warranty is automatically transferable to subsequent owners only for the unexpired balance of the Warranty Period, provided all installation and maintenance records accompany the Product. Any attempted assignment or transfer in breach of this clause voids the warranty.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between Jusn Design USA and Purchaser regarding the Product’s warranty and liability. No dealer, distributor, or agent is authorized to modify, extend, or make any representation inconsistent with this Limited Warranty. Any modification must be in a written instrument signed by an authorized Jusn Design USA officer.
