RETURN POLICY

At Jusn Design USA, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 60 days from the date of purchase, provided that it remains unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.


In the event that your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately by email Support@jusnusa.com for assistance. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate the resolution process.


Please note that returned items must comply with our return policy terms. Jusn Design USA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

EXCEPTION ON RETURNS

Parts that are damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or abuse are not eligible for return. Jusn Design USA is not liable for any associated costs, including but not limited to labor expenses, towing fees, rental vehicle costs, or any other incidental expenses incurred due to the installation of incorrect or defective parts.


All returned orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the returned product. Jusn Design USA reserves the right to inspect returned items and determine the appropriate restocking fee or eligibility for return.

Vehicle Warranty Considerations

For vehicles still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to verify that installing aftermarket parts or accessories will not negatively impact the warranty coverage. If there is any uncertainty, we strongly advise customers to consult their local servicing dealership or the vehicle manufacturer before placing an order.


Jusn Design USA will not accept returns for parts due to conflicts with vehicle warranty terms. Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring compliance with their vehicle’s warranty before purchasing and installing aftermarket parts.

Warranty Coverage for Parts

For parts covered under warranty, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation included with the product’s packaging. Jusn Design USA reserves the right to assess and apply restocking fees or reject returns for parts that show signs of:

 

  • Installation or use contrary to manufacturer guidelines

 

  • Improper handling, repackaging, or shipping by the customer

 

Customers must ensure that all warranty claims comply with the terms outlined in the warranty documentation.
